If there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right! For many items under $10, if you have an issue within 30 days of your purchase and contact us describing the problem we may, at our discretion, ship a replacement at no cost to you or provide a store credit. No return needed.

Shipping Policy

We ship the majority of in stock orders on the following business day or earlier via USPS first class mail or priority mail service. Please visit the USPS website for information about these shipping methods. If we anticipate significant shipping delays we will post this information prominently on our site in advance and/or communicate this directly with customers.

Backorder Items

Backorder indicates that we have the supplies and materials to manufacture more of a listed item or can requisition the item quickly. We typically manufacture backordered items in one to two business days of receiving an order depending on quantity and open order volume. If we anticipate a delay in fulfilling backorder items we will reach out to you directly. Contact us with inquiries related to volume pricing.

Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Unused items must be in the same condition they were received to be eligible for a return. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds will be granted under situations where:

  • Items are damaged, not in its original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery

To return a product, contact us for a return merchandise authorization. You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment if you are approved.

Late or missing refunds

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company if you haven’t received a refund. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
